I can’t see Crush or an Account Plan
This article is for people who expected to see Crush, Relationship Map, or a specific Account Plan and cannot. When you finish, you know which of the two problems you have and who can fix it.
Which problem do you have?
A — The app is missing. App Launcher search for Crush or Relationship Map returns nothing, or the Account / Opportunity has no Relationship Maps component.
B — The app opens but a plan is missing. You can open PROLIFIQ CRUSH. The plan you were told to review is not in Account Plans.
If you can open maps on an Account but have no Crush app, you may be Relationship Map-only. That is expected. You do not get Account Plans.
A — The app is missing
Work these in order. Most cases are the first two.
- No permission set. Install does not give users the app. Ask an admin to assign a set from Assign Crush and Relationship Map permission sets.
- Installed for Admins Only. That is the correct install. Users still need a permission set (and a license if your org assigns licenses by hand).
- Wrong app. Crush customers look for PROLIFIQ CRUSH. Relationship Map-only customers look for Relationship Map, or Relationship Maps on Account / Opportunity — not a Crush app.
- Salesforce Classic. Crush and Relationship Map are Lightning apps. Switch to Lightning.
Admins confirm the package under Setup → Installed Packages, assign the permission set, then have the user log out and back in.
B — A plan is missing
Account Plans are private. You see a plan only if you are the owner or a team member (unless your admin turned on Account Team access — uncommon).
- Ask the owner to add you as a team member with View or Edit.
- If you used to see it, you were probably removed from the team. Being on the Salesforce Account Team is not enough unless Org Settings say so.
- Confirm you are in PROLIFIQ CRUSH, on the Account Plans tab — not only on the Account record.
Still stuck
Send your admin:
- Which symptom (A or B)
- Whether you are supposed to have Crush, Relationship Map, or both
- The Account or plan name
- A screenshot of App Launcher search (A) or the Account Plans list (B)
Admins should walk Org settings and setup checklist.
