What is the Crush Suite?
The Crush Suite is for sales organizations that want account strategy to live in Salesforce instead of slide decks and spreadsheets. When you finish this page you should know what Crush includes, how it relates to Relationship Map, and where to go next.
Crush is a set of Salesforce-native applications for planning, mapping, and reviewing strategic accounts without leaving Salesforce.
What Crush includes
- Account Planning — shared Account Plans with objectives, SWOT, key dates, key stakeholders, team members, a completeness score, Cross-Sell / whitespace, and Presentation Mode for reviews.
- Relationship Map — visual buying-committee maps. The same Relationship Map product is also sold standalone. See What is Relationship Map?.
The modules share Salesforce data. Contacts you map can appear in planning. Cross-Sell and score show up when you present a plan.
Who it is for
Teams that sell into large accounts, run account planning or quarterly reviews, and need managers to inspect the same plan the rep uses.
If you only need the buying committee, you may only need Relationship Map. You do not have to buy Crush to use maps.
Why it is Salesforce-native
Crush is an AppExchange managed package. Plans attach to your Accounts. Maps use your Contacts. Reports use Salesforce report types. Permission sets are Salesforce permission sets. Reps stay in the org they already use.
What Crush is not
- Not Salesforce’s built-in Account Plan. See Crush vs Salesforce’s built-in Account Plan.
